I've been offered money for software that I made for my personal website before... When I was 14 years old. I basically made my own CMS by compiling together a million different PHP snippets. It was a mess and in no shape to give to anyone else. But a few people offered me money for the code. I never accepted because I knew how much work it would be to adjust everything to make it reusable but it did teach me a lesson about making certain things configurable.

I've considered freelancing but I feel like my frontend skills need a lot of work before it is compelling enough to attract clients
