Describe a time when you overcame a difficult challenge in your work.

There were countless times where I was put on a project that was basically "sink or swim" and I needed to learn a lot. But honestly, the hardest thing that takes a lot of experience is being given time to do research with no direct purpose. I could spend an infinite amount of time on most topics, so having the wisdom to know when to stop is, I think, one of the abilities that separates mid level and senior.
