@sudorandom @echofeedamplify I moved from an all Todoist/digital list to a hybrid digital and paper. “Focus” tasks live in my notebook where I’ll see them and work them. Long-term or “nice to have” tasks live in Todoist to review periodically for relevance. Anything with a due date goes in my Google calendar!

For personal stuff, I try to organize close to the source. With email I always perform an action for every email I get. It's either read/archive/respond, unsubscribe or snooze. Snoozing is so great because it essentially becomes a TODO list with email I know I need to do something with. I use a github project and issues to manage my personal projects and my blog. My calendar is extremely important. If it's not on my calendar it doesn't exist to me.
